Check out town halls in your district

Visit MSV’s Web site for one-stop information on your member of Congress’ plans for town halls on health care reform. Many members of the Virginia delegation have also set up on-line survey tools and blogs for you to weigh-in with your thoughts on health care reform. MSV is updating this information as new events are scheduled by your legislators. New events were announced this week for Rep. Wittman, Rep. Goodlatte, and Rep. Scott; Rep. Forbes plans to hold a tele-town hall in early September.

To-date, MSV members, leaders, and staff have participated in forums hosted by Rep. Rick Boucher, Rep. Randy Forbes, Rep. Bob Goodlatte, and Rep. Jim Moran, and Sen. Warner. MSV and physicians are also engaged in outreach to other members of the delegation. If you haven’t yet spoken with your representative or Senators Warner or Webb, take advantage of the remaining weeks of the August congressional recess to do so.
