MSVIA wins The Doctors Company 2011 agent contest

The Doctors Company (TDC) recognized the property and casualty (P&C) division of the Medical Society of Virginia Insurance Agency (MSVIA) as one of only four grand prize winners of its 2011 agent contest. MSVIA achieved this prestigious award through points totals in the combined areas of new business production, member retention and exceptional online agent quiz scores. The agent quizzes were designed to demonstrate a knowledge of TDC products and services. MSVIA was awarded the prize of crafting its own vintage wine blend with a custom label for a barrel of custom-blended pinot noir. 

“We are very excited and proud to earn this recognition from The Doctors Company,” said Carolyn Godbey, CPCU, vice president of property and casualty at MSVIA. “It was an incredible honor and it is a result of the commitment and hard work of agency staff on behalf of physicians in Virginia.”

Ms. Godbey accepted the award on behalf of MSVIA at the TDC awards ceremony in September.
