Virginian-Pilot commentary alleges physicians get preferential treatment in court

In an August 16 column in the Virginian-Pilot, Jeremiah Denton III, a trial lawyer, made several inaccurate statements and allegations related to Virginia’s medical malpractice cap. MSV identified several physicians in that newspaper’s region who have agreed to submit letters to the editor addressing the inaccuracies Mr. Denton included in his piece. As the letters are published we will share them with the membership.
